Next, if your application is shortlisted, we will reach out to you by phone to discuss your skills and professional goals.

The third step involves a face-to-face or video interview to get to know you better. During this interview, you’ll have the opportunity to present your background, motivations, and aspirations. The WHYLOT team conducting the interview will include an HR representative and an operational team member, covering various aspects of discussion. Note: Some positions may require an in-person meeting. It is possible to conduct in-person interviews in Massy or Cambes.

We are regularly in search of young talents to join the diverse team at WHYLOT. Whether you are an intern, apprentice, trainee, or recent graduate, at WHYLOT, we believe that young professionals bring essential energy and creativity to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. We regularly offer internships in various roles. If there is no specific opening for an internship or apprenticeship, you can submit a spontaneous application (CV + cover letter).

THE ONBOARDING PROCESS

We place great importance on a comprehensive onboarding process for our new employees in Cambes and Massy. Even before your arrival, we ensure to lay the groundwork by providing you with all the necessary information, such as details about your first day, required administrative documents, and setting up your workspace. On your first day at WHYLOT, you will be greeted by the HR team and your hierarchical supervisor. We organize training sessions tailored to your role to help you acquire the necessary skills. Subsequently, follow-up and integration continue over time. Our goal is to ensure that every new member of our team feels valued and ready to contribute significantly to our organization.
